Just One is from just one family: siblings Emily and Bryan Kim, their mom Joanne, and Bryan’s partner Rachel. Emily is a co-founder of Seattle’s The Pastry Project, Bryan is a restaurant critic in New York City, Joanne is an accomplished baker moonlighting as a CPA, and Rachel is a head of product who always needs just one more treat.

5% of all Just One sales are donated to Hot Bread Kitchen, a nonprofit organization empowering New Yorkers who face barriers to economic opportunities through transformative careers in New York City’s food industry. Learn more about them here.
