How long does each cookie pouch stay good?

When stored properly (in a cool, dry place), the shelf life of a mix is 12 months.

Can I eat the dough before I bake it?

Even though our cookies are made without eggs, you still shouldn't eat your dough before it's baked.

Why don't I need egg for my dough?

We tested tons of different egg substitutes to make our perfect cookie mix. Our cookies contain aquafaba powder. (Aquafaba is the liquid that’s left over when you cook chickpeas.)

What chocolate do you use?

We use Barry Callebaut chocolate chips. This Belgium-made chocolate is ethically sourced with sustainable practices.

Any tips for making the perfect cookie?

For the best bake, don't over mix your dough, if dough looks dry, that's okay! After shaping into a dough ball, flatten slightly on your sheet tray. If you want to be extra-fancy press a couple of chocolate chips onto the top before baking.
